We develop customised services tailored to the needs required for each situation. We design the necessary operations to successfully carry out the dispatches and we develop computer systems to achieve complete integration with our customers.

PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED CONTROLS

We advise our customers on the inspections and other controls that goods must pass in import and export operations depending on their nature and place of origin.

We advise them on the assessment of the P&R (Prohibited & Restricted) inspections. This refers to those inspections that are not carried out directly by the customs authority but depend on other official organizations to guarantee the safety and quality of the products that are introduced into the country of destination.

The controls can be: sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary, pharmaceutical, CITES or SOIVRE (Official Service for the Inspection, Surveillance and Regulation of Exports).

REVERSE LOGISTICS

We provide specialised reverse logistics services for undelivered, rejected or returned goods. This service is specially designed for goods from the Canary Islands and for ecommerce shipments.

We manage export clearance, the processing of SADs and Exit Summary Declarations and drawback of cleared duties and taxes.

In addition, we offer our TSF for shipment consolidation.
